Costume Preview!!

We are all getting ready for Halloween, Andrew's been patiently waiting to able "wear" his costume and not just try it on for size. He tells everyone he is going to be a "gecko" which is his version of scarecrow.

We had a Halloween party on Friday then another on Saturday so these costumes...again all handmade by yours truely have gotten their fare share of wear time....

Pumpkin Fest

One of the neighboring communties sponsored a Pumpkin Fest. Great food, live music that was actually really good, free pumpkins and fun stuff for the kids to do. Both had a great time, too busy to pose for the camera. Andrew rode a horse, carved a pumpkin and then danced the night away. Brianna had a blast in the petting zoo, chasing the poor ducks and chickens. In all it was great evening with perfect weather and a wonderful family!!

Andrew had a blast riding this horse. I didnt think he'd ride it alone, but once wasnt enough. He loved it...he was soo brave!
