Aspen Campground 2011

Our annual Durbin-Hearn camping trip to Aspen Campground was just as perfect as ever. Little Avery did amazing, she loved being all dirtied up. She fit right in and never fussed, pretty good for a 4 month old! Kids had blast running through the woods, riding bikes, fishing, and just getting dirty in the cool fresh air. Adults had fun eating and enjoying a few adult drinks. Funny the picture of drinking I have is with Drake...not that he was drinking but holding the drink, for Vince of course!

Avery discovered her tongue and i think stuck it out in every picture!

No Teeth Yet

I thought for sure Avery would have teeth by now, the way she's gnawing at everything and the drool, but alas no teeth yet!

Our First Family Dinner....Party of Five!

Our first dinner, Avery was pretty content sucking away, watching us eat!

Avery is 4 Months

At four months, you are pretty chatty, although the only thing you say is Dadadadada. You are sleeping great and we just started putting you in the bouncer which you love! You made a cabin trip to Flagstaff and even got to see the Grand Canyon, you are truely the happiest baby and can not get enough love from Andrew and Brianna.

It came today I cant wait to have Avery sitting at the table and not on my lap, grabbing food off my plate!

These three can not get enough of each other. They kiss and cuddle Avery all day, I can just sit back watch Oprah and eat bon-bons all day knowing she's in four great caring hands.

So Brent and I felt it was about time to take the kids to the Grand Canyon, they were old enough to appreciate its beauty and how amazing it truely is. We thought that they would be soo excited becuase of Lake Mead and how the river flows through....and so on.....unfortunately we were wrong! Way wrong!

We may have worked it up to much, we find what we think is the best viewing spot all excited and Andrew says...."It's just a big hole!" Oh well, I had never been so I can check it off my list and in all honesty he's right, it was just a big hole.
